Eleanor Rylance, Lib Dem district candidate for Broadclyst

This is Eleanor Rylance, one of your 3 district council candidates for Broadclyst ward.

Eleanor has been one of your two district councillors since 2017 when she beat a conservative in a by-election 2017. The last 2 years have been very busy, and as Broadclyst ward still includes Cranbrook and continues to expand, her focus has been on protecting green spaces and wedges between communities, the integrity of existing communities.

She's also in the last 2 years submitted several motions to district council (some successfully, others rejected by the CEO) on environmental matters and housing quality.

Her casework over the last 2 years has included instances of families housed in unsuitably, poorly-built new houses belonging to housing associations, large numbers of pothole reports and missed bin collections.
