Fabian is a seasoned campaigner and passionate about his area, as he's worked for years on delivering adequate broadband to Exe Valley.

Fabian has lived in Upton Pyne for 18 years, where since he stepped back from SW Regional Development Agency and running his own business, he edits two parish magazines and campaigns tirelessly for better broadband, after realising that children In Exe Valley had to be taken to Crediton to do their homework. He is champion against poverty and for housing development in the right places. Fabian cares deeply for his area and strives constantly for its improvement.
