Lewis Ragbourn, Lib Dem district candidate for Sidmouth Rural

15 Apr 2019

Lewis has lived on the outskirts of Sidford for 6 years and prior to that he lived in Beer, so he knows the area well.

He is a retired wine trade professional, having worked for both small and large companies in his time. This has given him valuable experience in setting and adhering to budgets and targets which he feels would be useful should he be elected, as he feels that East Devon District Council is too remote and secretive and needs greater accountability and openness.

He is strongly committed to protecting the interest of rural areas at the same time understands the development challenges facing both Sidford and Sidmouth.
