Thank you for requesting a lift to the polling station on July 4th. Whether you're voting for our candidate or not, we firmly believe in the importance of voting, and we're delighted to be able to help you do so.

This page is to provide a very brief privacy notice, so you're informed of how we'll use the data you provide to us as part of this process.

By leaving a message on our polling day lift telephone number, you're agreeing to the following:

1. That the data you provide to us - your name, address, and contact telephone number - in the form of that voicemail message will be temporarily stored by the provider of our office space, Terra Tomorrow Limited, for the sole purpose of enabling our volunteer team to pick up your message. Once your details have been taken, the voicemail message and any other details of your call will be fully erased from that provider's systems. If not same-day, this will be no later than 24 hours after your original message was left.
2. That the data you provide to us, once extracted from your voicemail message, may be stored and processed by the Exmouth and Exeter East Liberal Democrats for the sole purpose of enabling one or more members of our volunteer team to contact you to co-ordinate your lift to the polling station.
3. The data you provide to us will not be shared with any other party, including other parts of the Liberal Democrats national organisation. It will specifically not be loaded into any of our voter or campaigning databases at any time and for any reason.
4. The data you provide to us will be erased as soon as practicable after polling day on July 4th.
